Exceptional

We stayed only one night and it was amazing. Superb location, amazing breakfast and most welcoming and warm people. We really appreciated Meytal help and generous upgrade of our room. The see view was fantastic. Definitely recommend this place and will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel.

The staff was wonderful, both the front desk and dining room. The breakfasts were excellent and and the Saturday buffet was amazing, especially since everything had to be made the night before. The waitstaff was very attentive, constantly offering more coffee or cappuccinos. Our bedroom was large with a very comfortable mattress. The bathroom was quite large also. The location was perfect for our purposes. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the beach across the street from the hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Tel Aviv again.

The only negative comment is that everyday the maid would take the towels, but didn’t replace them with new towels until the evening. It was very weird. The management did rectify the problem after a few days.

The localisation is perfect, the food was so good, and all the Staff is so friendly But the best was the swimming pool, an amazing pool of salt water

Would stay there again without a second thought.

The bedding was lovely, the towels were plush, and the pillows were very comfortable. Quiet and inviting, overall it was the best hotel we stayed at during our 12-day trip. Lovely breakfast, super easy beach access. Front desk, bellboys, waitstaff in the restaurant...everyone was super lovely to deal with.

Location close to the beach is great, nicely heated swimming pool, excellent choice for breakfast.

The location of the hotel is amazing, by the beach and it’s surrounded with bars, the room was nice and it had cool staff like tv and radio in the shower, the pool is really nice too, it has a beautiful view but a lot of wind

First of all, the picture of the rooms here is not matching with what you get, I order the deluxe room, you can see there that there is a porch and in the real room there’s not, also it’s not look like the pictures, in addition to it, we get the room with a dirty closets, and the air conditioner was not cool the room, we asked for someone to come and until we didn’t go to the reception and tell about that two things, it’s not resolved, also, if you try to speak with the hotel before you get there, is almost impossible, I’ve been waiting something like 20 minutes on the line without getting any call, also they not returned to my emails, for the Israelis, look on that the price here is not the real one because of the texes

Decent hotel, great location.

Very expensive for what you get. Front desk staff made 2 mistakes when checking in, forced us to go to our room 3 times until the key actually opend the door, did not even apologize. Room on bookings labeledas “bath”, there was only a shower.

Excellent location in front of sea and beaches. Close to shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast.

Room make up service is not very good. They forget to change and/or replenish some items. Room interior design and cleaning can be better.

Nice location. Good design and abundance of the hotel. Good breakfast, sheets and linen.

Stuff was rude to me when I tried to order room service. It took them almost 30min to deliver tea , by the time it arrived it was warm. Bell man was not welcoming at all, didn’t open the door at the entrance, didn’t greed customers. Champagne upon arrival was gone and it took long time to bring to the rest of the family. Staff needs to work on customer Service.
